Tomorrow is Halloween, which means Thanksgiving is in the blink of an eye, Christmas is right around the corner, and New Year's Eve is lurking.  Sarah talks about navigating the holidays regardless of your relationship status.  Whether single, in a long-term relationship, or somewhere in between, the holidays present obstacles that can be hard to navigate.  It's important to go into these situations with a plan, creating boundaries, knowing your own mind and heart, and having contingency plans if necessary.
