In this episode John discusses how important self care is, sharing how he overcame his anxiety about going to the doctor and how we can sometimes put our own needs last. John also discusses having house guests and setting expectations about their visit.  Both of these topics center around learning how to resolve issues, whatever type they might be, before they turn into problems because once they become life problems they will be infinitely harder to overcome.
