This month Steve and Scott start the episode with a fitness update. As two slightly older and ageing geeks, looking after our health and staying fit is becoming more important. Once that's out of the way we get into some general news and reviews. For our main feature we discuss Marvel's The Defenders on Netflix. We have a section at the front with no spoilers for those who haven't seen it before and a spoiler section at the back, but we give listeners plenty of warning.
