We get good friend in the studio for this one Justin been a long time friend even a training partner plus I even coach him in some of his UFC fights!  He brings Ethan with him and he is a Wrestler outta wyo.  he wants to become a fighter.  Justin is becoming a great coach and getting a lot of young fighters under him.  So we dive in on coaching and just the sport with a lot of other good stuff for you!
