Did you know life begins and ends with the heart? A single heart beat confirms that a new baby has been conceived in the womb, while the absence of a heart beat signifies that a life has finally ended. Just like our physical heart, our spiritual heart contains the key to life and wholeness. But watch out! What we allow to go into it will ultimately determine the course of our lives. This is why our Heavenly Father teaches us to guard our hearts.
