Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

This week we take up the hospitality of angels and the question of guardian angels.

Here are some of the questions we tried to cover:

* Why are angels and hospitality so often tied together? How do angels show hospitality? How are we to respond to the hospitality of angels?

* One of the best (and funniest) questions I had submitted last week was: “Why did my guardian angel take this whole year off? Could he not spread his vacations out a little more?”

* So, based on that question we asked: Do we each have a guardian angel?

* What does it mean to say that they “guard” or “watch over” us?

* We discussed the issue of human responsibility in light of angelic agency in the world. Do angels do things for us so that we don’t have to do them? Are we less responsible for what goes on in the world around us because of the angels/demons?

* How do angels/demons interact with the world?
