Understanding that as Guardians we are sending out love and light, dismantling darkness (we are cleaning and clearing it up where we send love and light to-). It is also building our confidence as this love works to make us more of who we are are meant to be. This comes from within, the authentic or real us- our spirits or energy. This has profound impact in strengthening other people's spirits and hearts causing them to be solid even in the midst of turbulent times. Never stop sending out love, in this you are building yourself (love works immediately feeding your energy) and others as well as dismantling the darkness of hate, fear (love evicts it immediately and forever replacing it with itself and knowledge of self) so that people can live their lives.
