Learning that as you send out love, you are eviscerating strongholds. Strongholds are a way of thinking that seek to keep people bound with its lies. THESE LIES seek attention (mentally) often being intrusive and unwelcome. They try to lead people into scarcity mentality, fear of disease, loneliness, etc. These thoughrs are outside of people and this is why when we send love they are booted out of their minds forever. For love becomes thought dominant in our minds transforming us into us, strengthening our minds while feeding our energy. As the dominant thought it reigns supreme in our minds.
