David Guerrero graduated from Rio Hondo Prep in 1984 and played in 3 consecutive CIF Championship Games. Although his teams finished as Runner Up twice, they did win the 1982 title with an undefeated season. His sons have followed in his footsteps with great success on the gridiron as well; Dave Jr played on multiple championship teams and Jonathan just finished an illustrious career as arguably one of RHP's top running backs of all time.
