In the first “Love Thy Neighbor Series” interview, Jessica had the privilege of speaking with Nicole Pavez. Nicole was born and raised in Cornwall, New York just an hour north of NYC. She studied political science at Brigham Young University and recently received a master’s in City and Metropolitan Planning from the University of Utah. Nicole is passionate about music, social justice, friendships, and food.
