Amy Martindale and her daughter Ruby joined us in the studio to talk about fitness and their family business, "All HIIT NO QUIT". A small gym they run classes from and train clients together. Both are personal trainers and have accumulated a large following in town of loyal gym members! We discuss their origins, what fitness has meant to them in their lives, transformations of clients as well as the ups and downs of being a small business owner.
