Ben has had a long and successful career in the property industry. "Problems are just opportunities in disguise." The property industry is fast-paced and high pressure, which is what attracted Ben to it in the first place. Everyday is different and Ben finds himself consistently presented with scenarios to test his problem solving skills. Rising to the challenge, and achieving great results is what keeps him coming back for more.

During his tenure, Core has grown from delivering 30-40 townhouses per year, to over 400 dwellings in 2017, and commencing over 500 in 2018.
