John manages Senior Construction recruitment for Hays Canberra, specialising in the recruitment of all management and white collar roles in the industry. John has placed Construction Managers, Senior Project Managers and Senior Site Managers, as well as entry level roles including Junior Foreman and Cadets, servicing all areas of construction including commercial, civil, residential and subcontractors.

As a part of his role John also manages the Trades and Labour team as well as the Logistics, Manufacturing and Warehousing team within Hays. John oversees the consultants recruiting in these areas and am tasked with growing market share. Currently, John has 6 direct reports as well as administration.
