Back in May, Erik was a last-minute guest at the 2018 Convocation of the Apostolic Johannite Church, where he gave a lecture on the Art of Memory. In this talk, I cover the history of the Art of Memory and then discuss Giordano Bruno's role in expanding the philosophy of magical memory in the Renaissance. Part of this topic involves the power of imagination, the use of Phantasy for magical purposes, and the incredible power of images.

I gave the talk using my Raspberry Pi Zero W lecture slides machine, so you can hear me fumble around with that at the beginning.
