Peter is a lawyer with over 10 years experience working for commercial law firms, specialising in property law. He regularly acts for both public and private sector clients in a wide range of commercial property matters. His specialised knowledge allows him to provide clients with advice in respect to the leasing and licencing of commercial and retail property, as well as the divestment, acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties. Peter also has particular experience in property and development matters within the Australian Capital Territory involving both Territory and National Land.

Peter provides advice in relation to various other commercial matters including (amongst others) contractual issues, trust deeds, financial framework matters, competitive tendering, sale of business and shareholder agreements, powers of attorney, mortgages, refinancing, caveats, the administration of statutory property reimbursement regimes, call/put option agreements and more.
