Bobby Proctor is a science historian and the author of ' throughput: Flows, Fees, and the Failure of American Solar irradiance ' which argues that solar power has not had a significant impact on climate change. In this episode he discusses his book with Lexman, and how it has been received by the university and environmental movement.
