Shugi is a Parisian DJ, producer and singer. Originally from Stockholm, she is a resident at Rinse France and Club Silencio in Paris. On tour since November, from Berlin to Mexico her sets range from disco to techno depending on the vibe. Her influences are diverse but Shugi only has one idea in mind: make her audience dance to her DJ sets where « groove » is always the common thread.

Her performances are immersive, taking audiences on vibrant, unpredictable musical journeys where minimal, indie dance, house, and nostalgic gems collide. Raised between Paris and Montréal, with the artistic flair of her Swedish mother, Shugi’s eclectic influences range from indie rock to 90s pop and hip hop, and it shows, whether she's dropping a heavy beat, or surprising the crowd with a Spice Girls classic.

Shugi's sets are more than just music, they are carefully curated moments of energy, expression, and connection, reflecting her love for blending the past with the future. Her performances have led her to prestigious stages, from residencies at Paris’ legendary Club Silencio and Rinse France Radio, to performances alongside heavyweights like Seth Troxler, Bedouin, Folamour, Groove Armada, DJ Tennis, and Satori. 

She even graced the top of the Eiffel Tower with her sound, leaving her mark on the city that shaped her.
A master at creating immersive experiences, Shugi also curates her infamous SHUGI NIGHTS, where she invites artists like Jake the Rapper and Kino Todo to play, giving a taste of her eclectic style. These nights embody her vision of music as a force of pure, happy, free-flowing hedonism, keeping the crowd coming back for more.
Currently based in Lisbon, Shugi is always evolving, whether through her DJ sets, her production work, or her upcoming release, Taxi Love. With her passion for pushing boundaries and creating memorable experiences, she’s about to take Asia by storm in March and April 2025.
