Tor White is an entrepreneur and trained mental health first aid trainer who has found immense strength and conviction in working towards solutions due to her own mental health challenges faced at a young age. Using her own experiences, Tor has been able to identify gaps in services available, lack of information, and stigmas associated with mental health. Tor has decided to use her lived experiences and professional training to generate equitable and intentional spaces that will create change, and eradicate mental health stigmas for communities of color.
