William Plummer will discuss his article "Discovering Louisiana Military Muster Sites" that appears in the volume 19, issue 3 edition of American Digger magazine. William has researched and located several of the muster sites that yielded a nice selection of relics. Tenacity, persistence and even a bit of luck was needed to find the sites.
