When you hear the words “visitor” and “guest,” do you consider them synonymous? Do you think we are splitting hairs by looking for a distinction between the two terms? I believe we must be intentional with the words we use. In this session, we will explore some simple – but intentional – adjustments that can transform your guests’ experience.
