One such person is Subash Gauchan who has exemplified entrepreneurial success. Since returning from Florida in the US to Kathmandu in 2000, Subhash Gauchan immediately joined his father’s logistics business. But there was something missing. He had a passion for food and he had always wanted to start a restaurant. In 2004, along with a few friends, he mulled over the idea of opening up a place of his own but nothing materialised. He had to wait another eight years before he would finally debut Dalle, a restaurant that started small but has now branched out to numerous places around the Valley, buoyed by its reputation for delicious momos. live on
