Malika Pham or Malika Yasmin on Instagram is a wife, mother, and mentor to special needs parent.  An unexpected diagnosis of Autism from her son motivated her to change her family’s lifestyle.  After the diagnosis, Malika focused on healthier food options for her son and family as a whole.  Her recipes are simple, delicious, and nutritious for everyone.  Her goal is to inspire and support the movement towards better health and wellness for everyone.
I bumped into Malika Yasmin’s Instagram page after checking out an IG story about black mom blogger to follow.  According to Malika, she probably wouldn’t consider herself a “blogger” but she does have a few posts up for you to check out.  The transparency and colorful meals on Malika drew me in.  One of her smoothie bowl posts inspired me to whip up a dragonfruit bowl for my family which everyone loved!
