Today we have Afkar on to share her birth stories. Her quiet power, calm, and instinctual knowing is very felt. She shares finding her way in her first two births, and then choosing something different with a traditional birth attendant in her 3rd birth, and the healing that brought her.  She talks about expanding and surrendering through her pregnancies and births and how she experienced healing in her maternal lineage after her own twilight birth through remaining true to trusting in her body.
