Guided Coaching: Processing & Allowing Emotion

Welcome to the first episode of Guided Coaching. In this episode, you will be guided through a journey of allowing an emotion in order to process it all the way through. You can do this exercise when you are struggling with a specific emotion or when you just want some practice feeling what you're feeling in your body.

Really take some time to think about the questions I ask and focus your attention on where you feel the emotion in your body. Your body's initial reaction might be to tense up and try to flee, that's okay. Just gently bring yourself back.

Make sure you are in a safe space while listening to this Guided Coaching track and make sure you're not operating any heavy machinery.
