I've created my own meditation with Isochronic Tones and Binaural Harmonics of delta and theta waves and Solfeggio Tones of 285 hz and 528 hz. It’s guided so it takes you through grounding, releasing any negative emotions through the earth, tapping into the earths energies and raising your energy. The guidance ends, while the Gamma frequency and third eye solfeggio frequency plays and this is your time to visualise how you see fit. It’s perfect to do this before a manifestation session or any spell work as your need to ground and raise your energy before a session. Please don’t listen to it if you are driving or operating any heavy machinery. Being somewhere where you can’t be distracted would be great start and so your phone can't distract you. Comfortable clothes and on an empty stomach would be ideal. Also If you have any medical conditions that may be triggered by binaural beats do not listen.
