Each week I will be recording and posting a guided meditation. My intention is for you to have a place to visit during the week that is both restorative and healing. I will guide you as we begin to practice different breathing techniques and energy movement, all while cradled in a sacred Divine cocoon of Light.

Messages that come through are channeled from the Divine Light and often resonate with a theme or core healing the collective is experiencing. I hope you enjoy these sacred rituals and begin to feel the Light of the Beloved within you.
