Shower meditation is a common technique used to help us tap into our inner self. Water is more healing than we give it credit for and here I guide you through a short meditation to help expand your awareness and go deeper than your physical body. Before you start your practice, get in a comfortable seat in a chair or any flat surface. You can cross your legs or if it's more comfortable not to, that's fine also. You may keep you hands planted on your knees if you prefer, the goal is to be comfortable but alert. Intention setting is not a requirement since the practice itself is an intention for stillness.
