Ep 11: The spring equinox has just passed so this guided meditation for new beginnings is perfect for right now. It would also be a good meditation to do during the new moon. The meditation is meant to help you let go of anything that's still sticking around that doesn't need to be there so that you can move into your new beginning from a fresh place.
