I found this exercise through a man named Tony Robbins. If you don't already know who this is, I really recommend you check out his work. It has had a huge impact on my life and I know it can do the same for you and help you find more joy in life. This exercise is something I do at least once a day, sometimes several if its a harder day. This is a great way to start your day and give you that boost you need. It will change your focus and help you think the thoughts that will make you feel grateful, happy and inspired.
