— Visualization to reconnect with safety, warmth, and support
— EFT tapping sequence to release stored emotional tension
— Body awareness practice to notice both tension and ease
— Soothing affirmations to support nervous system regulation
— A slow return to stillness and integration
This is for the moments you feel overwhelmed, guarded, emotionally heavy, or disconnected from yourself.
Healing here is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering safety and one breath, one moment at a time.
