As professional real estate agents, a big part of our job is to help our clients make decisions - to help them analyze the situation, evaluate their options and choose the (hopefully right) path to take. And, as our Code of Ethics and our agency agreements require, when guiding our clients we are obligated to put their interests first, above even our own (egads!).
