Today I talk with Guillermo Goncalvez of the Venezuelan Startup El Dorado, a crypto currency exchange set to release Q4 of this year. El Dorado hopes to act as a peer to peer platform much like LocalBitcoins but will incorporate multiple other digital asset's.
