On this episode Phillip, and his cousin Chip, talk about the 1996 Naval comedy film Down Periscope which is available on HBOMax right now. They start by paying their respects to Ray Liotta who passed away on May 26th. Then Phillip makes a correction from last week's show. Next they dive into the main information about the movie. It's then time for the recasted segment, where they recast the movie with their choices of actors today. They read listener opinions about the movie, and then they dive into the film and talk all about their thoughts on scenes and characters throughout. After giving their ratings to the movie, they talk about why this movie sticks in their head and heart. They read some critic reviews, and then wrap up the show. Phillip then gives his Phil's Film Favorite of the Week; Top Gun: Maverick (2022).
