Gujarat braces for Cyclone Biparjoy as it will be making landfall on the Saurashtra-Kutch coast on Thursday. Evacuations are underway and arrangements for rations and meals have been made. The storm, categorised as a 'very severe cyclonic storm', has been predicted to impact thatched and pukka houses, crops, orchards and as well as railway and power lines.
