This episode sheds light on the many aspects of why mental health is a stigma in the black community. We will share some famous people who are survivors of illnesses as well as some very real stories of people diagnosed with depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia. We hope to usher people into a whole new way of thinking regarding seeking help through counseling and possibly medication if things are really bad.
