Gunna is an Atlanta-born rapper who has had to earn every inch of his bragging rights. Since releasing his first mix-tape in 2016 with “Drip Season”, he’s climbed rung by rung to the very top of the industry, lending his talents and melodic flows to the likes of Travis Scott and even Mariah Carey along the way. He’s also had a number of memorable team-ups with good friend Lil Baby and together they form a one-two punch that’s one of the most untouchable duos in hip-hop history. But it was Gunna’s partnership with the prolific rapper Young Tug that really primed him for success after the two first met back in 2015. These two clicked immediately and after Young Tug would sign his protege to YSL Records, Gunna would release more and more “Drip Season” mixtapes that set his star ablaze.
