Gurinder Singh Khalsa has been extremely active as a member of the sikh community starting in 2007 where he changed the TSA security laws on religious headwear with the help of the Sikh Coalition. This year with his community he then went onto donate $6000 worth of foods and funds to the unpaid TSA workers.

Gurinder Singh Khalsa has used his platform to inspire and empower others through his organizations including: SikhsPAC (FB @SikhsPAC); building a new gurdwara in Fishers, Indiana; and now he's running for city council (FB: @Singh For Council).
