Tonight's adventure was conjured up by seven-year-old Ollie from Burlington, Vermont, who sent us a voice message wishing for a spooky Halloween story! And oh, what a delightfully un-spooky tale we have in store!
High atop Wobble Hill stands a crooked old mansion, home to the world's most unsuccessful scarers: Gus the ghost and Vlad the vampire. For three hundred years, they've been trying their absolute best to frighten visitors, but there's just one tiny problem—Gus sounds like a sleepy owl when he moans, and Vlad's menacing laugh comes out like giggles! When a group of teenagers arrives for a spooky adventure, our bumbling friends prepare their most frightening welcome yet. But between Vlad's cape catastrophes and Gus getting stuck halfway through a wall, nothing goes according to plan! Through tumbles, tangles, and tremendous mishaps, these two lovable monsters discover that being yourself brings more joy than trying to be something you're not.
