After graduating from medical school, Dr Hana Ali took a year out, moved to Berlin, worked for a digital health start up and is now the Founder and CEO of her very own digital health venture: Gaia Medical. Her work aims to transform the state of mental health in the Middle East and North African region. Hana shares her humbling reflections on her decision to leave clinical medicine right after graduating and how listening to her gut feeling has lead her to where she is today.
