The holidays are a time of over-indulgence for many. This leads to feelings of lethargy, bloating, nausea, and brain fog from the cornucopia of calorie-rich fatty, sugary, salty and alcohol-filled food and drinks. This then leads to inevitable weight gain and feelings of guilt after the holidays.
