I don't DIY, ever! I hire the best people I can possibly afford to get all of the jobs on the job site done, but sometimes:
- You run out of money
- You throw off a trade from your job
- You want to learn a new skill!
...and you head into the DIY phase of your project. Here are 3 areas I think you could handle on your own DIY'ing pretty easily.
[and because I love you all - there's actually 4 in here :)]
It's my goal to bring you raw, unedited thoughts on the realities of renovating old, nasty homes, with the goal of bringing them back to their former glory...and oh my lord did we DO THIS with #MillionairesRowReno in New Jersey. I'm back, and I'm ready to spill my 3 biggest regrets renovating this now 4k sq ft historic home, spending almost $700,000, and the 3 things I DON'T regret doing.
No intros/outros or ads. This is my raw return to the podcast.
Enjoy!
