On Episode 64 I sit down with Guy Courtney. Guy is a former collegiate gymnast from Illinois State University. After that, Guy spent 25+ years in Investment Banking where he testified before Congress and served as Chairman of Chicago's Shareholders Association just to name a few things. He ran a Dogsledding business in Aspen, CO. for a handful of years and that is where he found CrossFit. Guy is also a pilot. Now, Guy is on a mission to save the ocean and more specifically, the coral reef environment.
