This week, Ande interviews actor Guy Simon, currently appearing in Bright World. The play is about the fascinating story of the early Aboriginal activist for whom the William Cooper Justice Centre is named. Ande also pays tribute to one of his early mentors, Tiga Bayles, who recently succumbed to cancer.

The Indigenous artist of the week is Assar Santana, a Brazilian now living in Canada. Ande plays the title track from her CD, “Ironia”. It was difficult to track this one down. See the album details here in French via a library catalogue entry.
