You have some great role models out there and you see the great they've done, what successes they've had, and you want to measure up out became that. When I took me out of the picture, it wasn't about me. As long as I did the work, that kept my students succeeding.  That's all that matters. If they succeeded, then I had done what I had promised them I would do. So once I took myself out of the picture, I enjoyed it. I enjoyed my career very much.”
