We're going back to the other hemisphere to pay homage to the moon-shaped bundle of joy, the jiaozi, or gyoza in Japanese. Angel doesn't have to convince Kelsey to like them, but he does have to convince her that gyoza theme parks are a real thing and not just something he made up during a manic pasta episode.
