In this episode I speak with Lindsay Baker who is the VP Business Development with Building Robotic about their new product called Comfy.  This is a unique product that is still in the beta testing phase but it essentially looks at putting the power of energy efficiency into the hands of the occupants (my words, not theirs).  They actually tout the fact that by allowing people some control of their surrounds that they can reduce the complaints and save the time of the maintenance staff.  It really is a beautiful piece of software that you should at least take a look at.
