Commissioning Issues Logs are the at the heart of what we do as Commissioning Authorities.  In this episode of HVAC 360, I field this topic in response to a listener question and go through what I think should be part of the issues log, what should and shouldn't be included, and what to due about getting these resolved in a timely fashion so that you can make a profit while not making any enemies.  At the end, I include what I consider to be my secret sauce when it comes to making the most use out of a commissioning issues log.  I hope you enjoy the episode and if you did please past it on to a friend or a collegue.  Enjoy.
