After having an encounter with God, Habakkuk experiences a major shift in the posture of his heart. Often times, an encounter with God and the resulting change in perspective is the right medicine for a bitter heart. Habakkuk's circumstances are not going to improve, in fact they are about to get worse, yet he leaves his encounter with God singing with joy.
