Today we wrap up our overview for the entire book of Habakkuk in chapter 3. We see the powerful shift in Habakkuk's heart and in his dialogue with God; he goes from petition to praise, from fear to faith, from sadness to singing, prophesying and waiting upon the salvation of God.
