It's a New Year and time for a new Season of the Podcast... I thought as the new year rolls around that I would chat about habits... each week a different habit... and I am starting with the habit of Sleep, which isn't even a habit... it is a necessity. When I started my fitness journey several years ago I went for a sleep test and discovered to my horror how life threatening is to be sleep deprived, and just how sleep deprived I was. I have moved on and learned how to sleep... forget about sleep training your infant, start with yourself and learn to sleep better... it changes your whole perspective on life and is totally worth the effort.
